Warrior - Paleo Modification
I made a slight modification to my Warrior - Paleo way of living. Instead of eating fruit in the morning, or making fruit smoothies, I decided to go with mostly protein. The protein I chose to go with is in the form of eggs and chicken. I basically make an “egg pie” in the morning and put some chicken breast slices on it while it is cooking. I also put some organic brand cream cheese onto it and some flax seed oil. I also usually eat some flax seed rye bread with it for some slow digesting complex carbs. But not too much.
I decided to do this in the morning because I had got to thinking that if I were a caveman, and I had made a fresh kill the night before so I could get my fill of meat protein at night, I would then probably have some left over meat to eat in the morning before I go back out and start my hunt. And of course I would want to eat the leftover meat in the morning because anything left over from the night before would just spoil anyhow.
Listening to my basic instincts told me that my body might prefer some protein in the mornings. During lunch at work, I eat mostly fruits. Sometimes I might mix some chicken breast strips with it at the salad bar or mix in some vegetables. But for the most part it is just fruit for lunch. Nothing added to it. All natural just like nature intended for us humans to ingest. And if I can do it, so can you. Because believe me, if you were to look up sugar addict in the dictionary, you would probably see my picture by the term. So if someone like me can do it and change my ways, then so can you.
