Self Enhancement Rehash
Ok, after some of the posting I’ve been doing, I am going rehash some basic self enhancement tips to get you started on making life better. Tips such as these are aimed at people who have a lot of chaos in their lives. A lot you reading this probably already do it all, or might even laugh at most of them. But they are my opinion, and at one time in my life, I was not doing any of them. Coincidentally, now that I do follow each of those tips, I have more order in my life and more leisure time. I think the main key is to limit things that distract you from activities (even if it’s thinking!) that can improve your life. For instance, spending a lot of your time on your cell phone, then watching mainstream television, eating sugar, and working overtime will take away from the time you need to enhance the quality of your life, and as a result, will “developmentally delay” your life. They are distractions and that is it. Focus on YOU, don’t emerge your attention into mind control media outlets. It can ruin your life and keep you from living up to your true potential.
1. Eliminate Sugar
2. Get on a Fitness Program
3. Drive a Toyota (they are reliable, hold up better, and will save you money)
4. Take advantage of your matching 401K at work, or start an IRA retirement fund
5. Only put in your 8 hours of work every day. Refuse to work overtime if there is no reward
6. Whether you have any ideas or not, start something on the side to generate extra income
7. Listen to talk radio (Dave Ramsey, Rush Limbaugh, and Michael Savage)
8. Minimize your cell phone use
9. Stop watching mainstream media news on TV and avoid most television sitcoms
10. If you like movies, go to theaters showing independent films more often over hollywood movies
11. Shop at Marshalls before you decide to buy something at the mall or other retail store
12. Eat organic
13. Pay off your debts and get rid of credit cards. Only keep one for emergency purposes if you feel it’s necessary.
14. The only two debts you should have are: car and house.
15. Study who your elected officials are and vote them out if you don’t like their policies
