Perception: Part II
A lot of people let others create their perception for them. If you let someone else create your perception and understanding of the world, then you will act and behave in the manner that they want. Upon hearing this, most people would tune it out and not bother to pay any attention to that statement because they just could not understand why or how that could happen. But it does happen and most people are victims of it.
The majority of people in the general public have had their thoughts and views of the world shaped by the mainstream media. They only understand the world and react to things because their eyes and ears have been tuned into the mainstream pipeline ever since they were born. For example, there are people out there who think that AIDS in Africa is one of the most important issues going on in the world and that we have to do something. Why? Because they saw this on TV. Go back 25 years, and it was still the same issue. I’m not denying that it exists, because of course it does. But people never seem to stop for a moment and ask why we continue to print up billions upon billions of dollars out of our national treasury to a “problem” that hasn’t seem to gotten any better since the “We Are the World” era in 1984. Don’t get me wrong, I’m not downplaying any type of human suffering. But because people see something on TV, they automatically approve the fleecing of the national treasury of which then has to be paid back through the work of the general public through taxes. The truth of the matter is, the worse thing that can happen to the corporations involved in a fleecing such as this, is for there to be a cure for AIDS or any other disease. Have you ever noticed that the treatment of things such as cancer, AIDS, MS, crohn’s disease, etc. have made very little, if not, absolutely no improvement at all in the past 30 years? Yet the government and people keep throwing money at it. The corporations and “charities” eat it up. It’s just another payday for them.
What I am getting at, is when the world around you has been shaped by someone else, then your own personal development will suffer. Because people are not educated on the true facts of how the world is actually run, they fall victim to this. Take a look at a world map sometime. Guess which has more land mass: North America and all of Europe including Russia, or South America and other countries south of the equator? Well, from looking at a map, it’s a no-brainer that the countries above the equator have more land mass. But this isn’t true. The areas below the equator have much more land mass. It’s just that the maps we look at are based off of maps that were developed by people from the north side of the equator years ago. So that is one thing right there where a lot of people have a false understanding of something based on what has been presented to them by someone else.
More than likely, most of us need to be re-educated on everything. Especially money. The corporations, the media, the education system, the medical associations, and food industry have become interlocking corporate directorships. So what your kids are taught in school, and what you see on TV are influenced and controlled by money powers that want you to believe what they want you to believe for their own personal gain. You can assume a lot of issues that you see on TV that are made out to be important, or what you were taught in school about money, is warped and false. This can be very detrimental to your own development because you are not able to make correct decisions based on the bigger picture. So once again, what goes on between your ears is 100% of the battle. Your thirst for knowledge will help change and enhance your perception of life. Then the rest will follow. Stay tuned for Part III.
